The Wolf Among Us Remastered is Telltale's definitive edition of its 2013 episodic noir thriller, inspired by DC's Fables comics. You play as Bigby Wolf, sheriff of Fabletown, a hidden community of fairy-tale characters living in 1980s New York. A brutal murder pulls Bigby into interrogations, crime-scene work, and choices that shape how the town sees the Big Bad Wolf.
This remaster rebuilds the full five-episode story with enhanced lighting, character detail, environments, animation, and audio. New extras include a toggleable black-and-white Noir Mode, five playable Lost Scenes, a large art gallery, and more than an hour of behind-the-scenes interviews. Digital launch platforms are PC (Steam and Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5, and Xbox One (playable on Xbox Series X|S via backward compatibility). The Nintendo Switch version was delayed past the October 29, 2026 window to a later date. Physical editions are planned for early 2027.
